Employees of the transport internal affairs department at the station Yekaterinburg of the Management of transport of the Ministry of Interior of Russia in the Ural federal district arranged a charity campaign to help the Center "Gnyozdyshko" ("Nest") engaged in the social assistance to families and children. Here children aged 5 - 18 who are in heavy life situations live and study.
On the Day of Knowledge, fosterlings of the shelter were given school bags with office accessories as well as pies and sweets.
"We declared a voluntary fund-raising event in which our employees took part," said the head of the personnel management department of the transport internal affairs department at the station Yekaterinburg lieutenant colonel of militia Tatyana Bykova. "Most of our employees responded to this request at once and readily supported the needy children living in the shelter "Gnyozdyshko ".
This is not the end of the charity campaign, the following meeting of the militia officers and the fosterlings of the center under the name "Books to children" will take place in a week. The employees of the transport militia will present the boys and girls textbooks and fiction studied within the limits of the school program.
Besides, preventive conversations aimed at the suppression of railway injuries and offences will be arranged for the fosterlings of the shelter.
